Hi, I’m Jessica 👋​

It’s a bit of a shock to realise I’ve now been at Havas People for 7 years! It definitely doesn’t feel like it. I joined as a Project Manager and as I’ve progressed through my career, there’s always been new opportunities. ​

In more recent years I’ve moved into the New Business and Marketing team. I love the excitement of getting a new pitch brief in – and of course, the amazing feeling of winning a new client! ​

There are so many opportunities to develop yourself and take part in things outside of your traditional job role. Havas People has a great history of championing equality, and we’ve recently set up a Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DE&I) committee to help build on the great work already being done in this space. ​

As part of the Havas Group, we work on multiple initiatives to educate young people about our industry and amplify diverse voices within our business. It’s fantastic to work for an agency committed to making a real difference, and to partner with so many great businesses and charities along the way. ​

There are also so many smaller things that make every day rewarding. Having an event you’ve been hosting go off without a hitch. Seeing an ad go live. Chatting with colleagues and feeling like you’ve made a meaningful difference to their day. ​

It’s a cliché, but the people you work with make all the difference! 🤗​
