“Hi, I’m Tom and I am an Account Director at Havas Education.

I’ve been at Havas now for 5 years. During my time at Havas, I’ve worked within the media team planning lots of media campaigns for recruitment and education clients – and now I find myself in the Education team as Account Director, so I head up our relationships with some universities that we work with.

In my role within Havas Education I work with a number of different universities on their attraction strategies. This encompasses media strategy and activation, creative, content, route-to-market, audience segmentation – the lot really!

I love working at Havas. Some of the benefits include working in a fantastic building, every now and again you might some celebrities walking around, and every day is different, so we can be working on a brief for undergraduate attraction, we could be working on short courses briefs, we could be working on a brand new concept for creative. I really enjoy the fast-paced nature of what we do. I love working to deadlines and I think most importantly, I get a real buzz when I am out and about in London and I see an ad and think I’ve actually put that there or I know why that looks exactly that way and Oh actually, that colour does look better than that colour! “
