THE RACE TO RECRUIT THE BEST STUDENTS
Competition in Clearing 2019 was going to be highly intense. With every university in the UK expected to go into Clearing, the race to recruit students was at its peak. This meant that it was more important than ever for Staffordshire University to stand out and grow share in a very crowded market.
We needed to evolve Staffordshire University from their 2018 campaign to drive more response in terms of engagement as well as conversions – in terms of relevancy and quality of student. A combination of Google, geo-targeting and our own Datorama platform did the trick.
The figures were outstanding. We achieved 19,000,000 impressions and over 95,000 clicks, with a very high CTR of 0,49%. That resulted in a 17% increase in enquiries for the full calendar year.
